Is Cégep Lionel Groulx PGWP eligible?

Yes. Some programs at Cégep Lionel Groulx can get you a post-graduation work permit. Whether yours does comes down to what you'll graduate with and, for a diploma or certificate, your field.

What your degree or diploma means for your PGWP

If you graduate with	PGWP length	Language level	Field rule
Master's degree	3 years (program of 8 months or more)	CLB 7	None
Bachelor's or doctoral degree	Up to 3 years	CLB 7	None
University certificate or diploma	Up to 3 years	CLB 7	Eligible field needed
College or polytechnic diploma or certificate	Up to 3 years	CLB 5	Eligible field needed
Program under 8 months, or language classes	No PGWP	Not needed	Not needed

When a program lasts 2 years or more, "Up to 3 years" means a 3-year permit; a program of 8 months to under 2 years gets a permit as long as the program. You only face the field rule if your study permit application went in on or after 1 November 2024. A school with eligible programs can still have some that don't qualify, so check whether your field is on the list and how many years you could get.
