Just general information

IRCC's published rules are explained in general terms across the checker, the guides and the lists. No client relationship with us is created by using them, and they aren't legal advice or immigration advice for your case. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, through Section 91, says who may charge a fee to advise or represent you. This site doesn't, and the checker applies rules instead of advising. Your application is decided by IRCC alone.

Independence

This site has no affiliation with IRCC, the Government of Canada, any school or any province. Program and agency names serve only to describe them. Whatever IRCC offers for free, like its forms or its own checks, stays free from that agency.

Accuracy

Using IRCC's published data, we rebuild the field list, the school list and the processing times on a regular schedule. Because rules can change between updates, treat the IRCC page linked beside each rule as the reference for your application.

The form and calls

A consultant who isn’t part of this site answers if you call or send the form. Any agreement you make with them stays between you and them.

Site use

Don't send messages outside your own case, probe the site for weaknesses, copy the guides wholesale, or scrape the lists. These terms are governed by British Columbia law and Canada's federal laws.
