The checker and your answers

Your browser is where the checker runs. We don't receive your answers. The last school you chose stays on your own device in browser storage, so the checker can suggest it on your next visit. It disappears if you clear your browser data. We don’t set cookies or use outside analytics and advertising scripts, so you won’t see a cookie banner.

What the form collects

Sending the form shares your name, the situation you select, your email and what you type in the message lines. With those, it also gathers the date and hour, the page address and details about your browser, plus your network (IP) address. Those details let us send your question to a consultant, who emails you back, and they let us document the consent you gave. They aren’t sold by us.

Calling us

Calls to (855) 301-3151 may be recorded, and a message at the start of the call says so. We keep the number you called from, the time and the length of the call, and the recording where there is one, so the consultant can follow up on your question and so we can check the quality of the line.

Where does your information go?

Amazon Web Services and our call provider are the companies behind our phone line, message storage and web hosting. The consultant who answers you also receives your details. Data may be stored by them outside Canada, such as in the United States.

How we keep your information

You can ask for earlier deletion; otherwise call records and form answers are removed 24 months from your last contact with us.

The rights you have

You have the right to get a copy of your information from us, correct anything wrong, withdraw consent and have us delete it. Email our privacy contact at contact@pgwpeligibility.ca.
