Is Columbia Paramedic Academy PGWP eligible?

No. IRCC's list of designated learning institutions shows no program at Columbia Paramedic Academy that leads to a post-graduation work permit (PGWP). You can still study here on a study permit, but the diploma or certificate you finish with won't make you eligible to work in Canada on a PGWP.

What a No means for you

A designated learning institution (DLI) is a school that a province or territory has approved to take international students. Columbia Paramedic Academy is one, so it can enrol you on a study permit. It just can't lead to a PGWP: no program here counts, whatever its length or field.

Planning to work in Canada after you graduate? Pick a school whose programs can lead to a PGWP before you apply. Already studying here? Your program won't give you a PGWP at the end, so ask about your options while your study permit is still valid.

IRCC updates the list every week. Before you decide, look at this school's row on IRCC's list of DLIs.
