Why the 15 May 2024 date matters

At this campus, a private college teaches the program of a public college through a curriculum licensing agreement (some call it a public-private partnership). IRCC's page on these campuses says a program you began on or after 15 May 2024 can't get you a PGWP.

Started before that date? Then the usual rules apply: a program of 8 months or more, full-time study, the CLB 5 language level that college programs ask for (NCLC 5 in French), and you apply no later than 180 days after you finish.
