What a No means for you
A designated learning institution (DLI) is a school that a province or territory has approved to take international students. Willis College of Business, Technology, Healthcare is one, so it can enrol you on a study permit. It just can't lead to a PGWP: no program here counts, whatever its length or field.
Planning to work in Canada after you graduate? Pick a school whose programs can lead to a PGWP before you apply. Already studying here? Your program won't give you a PGWP at the end, so ask about your options while your study permit is still valid.
IRCC updates the list every week. Before you decide, look at this school's row on IRCC's list of DLIs.
Already studying here, or holding an offer from this school? A consultant can talk through what it means for working in Canada after you finish.
